Seller continues to market property and may accept an offer without similar contingencies. Buyer will have 72 hours upon notice to remove contingencies and provide proof of ability to perform. ) Some homes are built. Others are composed. At 1028 Pin Oak Drive, architecture, light, and landscape come together in a way that feels both intentional and rare. Designed by Rick Hardy and carefully stewarded by a single owner since its creation, this home was conceived and lived in as a one-of-a-kind work—never replicated, never compromised, and featured in local publications including Frank Magazine. Every room was deliberately oriented to capture breathtaking sunrises and expansive night skies, turning daily routines into moments worth pausing for. Set on .71 acres, the property offers privacy and presence, approached by a long, quiet drive and surrounded by calm rather than congestion. Despite its peaceful setting, the location is remarkably convenient—just minutes from I-64 and US-127, offering easy access to Lexington and Louisville, and only a short drive to downtown Frankfort for dining, galleries, and local culture. Outdoor recreation is close at hand with Cove Spring Park, Leslie Morris Park, and Elkhorn Creek all nearby, offering trails, river access, and scenic escapes. Proximity to Kentucky State University adds long-term cultural and educational value. This is a home for someone who values design with purpose—where craftsmanship, intention, and continuity matter. True luxury here isn't excess; it's thoughtfulness, light, and a home that has been lived in exactly as it was meant to be. Rare. Published. Single-owner. Unrepeatable. This is not a home you scroll past. It's one you experience.
