About these terms

Five Pillars Team brokered by eXp Realty (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides this website. These terms govern your use of the website. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled; it is not a substitute for any separate consent required for a particular activity.

Registered property access also requires you to affirmatively accept the property-access terms shown during registration. If these general website terms conflict with those specific terms about registered MLS information, the specific property-access terms govern that use, subject to applicable law and MLS rules.

Permitted use

Use the website lawfully and for your personal real estate needs. Do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass verification or security measures, share sign-in codes or private access links, interfere with the website, or scrape or systematically collect its content.

You may share public links to homes. Copying or sharing MLS information is limited to the uses permitted by the applicable MLS and property-access terms. In particular, the VOW terms permit limited copying or sharing in connection with considering the purchase or sale of an individual property. They do not authorize bulk collection, commercial reuse or unrelated redistribution. Anyone receiving a public link must obtain their own access to protected information.

MLS listings and other property information

Listing information is supplied through ImagineMLS and is intended for consumers' personal, noncommercial use. Public MLS listing information is provided to identify prospective properties you may be interested in purchasing. Registered property access is also subject to the specific terms addressing your bona fide interest in buying, selling or leasing the types of property offered.

Listing information is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed accurate by the MLS or this brokerage. Listings may be held by other brokerage firms and are attributed accordingly. Availability, price, status, features and other information can change. Confirm information material to your decision with the appropriate professional.

MLS data and listing photographs remain subject to the rights of their respective owners. Information from other sources is subject to the identified source's limitations. Estimates, descriptions or other information added by us should not be treated as an MLS guarantee.

Registered property access

Additional property information is available through our Virtual Office Website, or VOW. Access requires the applicable registration, verification and affirmative agreement steps. We use passwordless sign-in, including one-time codes and secure email verification where applicable. Keep your contact details accurate and protect your codes and links.

Registration establishes the limited broker-consumer relationship described in the property-access terms for website access. It does not hire us to represent you, require you to work with us, or obligate you to pay us. A representation agreement or any financial obligation must be established separately. Website registration does not replace disclosures or agreements required for other brokerage services.

Access expires and may require sign-in or renewal. We may restrict or suspend access to investigate misuse, protect information, comply with MLS requirements or address violations of applicable terms.

We retain verification, agreement, access-expiration and activity records as described in our Privacy Policy. The property-access agreement authorizes ImagineMLS, other MLS participants and their authorized representatives to access the VOW for compliance review. We may provide relevant registrant records to ImagineMLS when required under our agreement or applicable law, subject to applicable privacy requirements.

The property-access terms you affirmatively accept remain the record of that acceptance. Posting revised general website terms does not rewrite an earlier acceptance record. We will obtain additional agreement where required.

Requests and communications

When you submit an inquiry or request, you are asking us to respond about it using the contact information you provide. Requesting a verification code authorizes delivery of that code. Neither action by itself enrolls you in recurring promotional texts. The applicable request disclosure, separate marketing choices and Privacy Policy explain communication options.

Submitting a form, requesting a tour or booking a conversation does not guarantee a property's availability, a confirmed showing, financing or acceptance of an offer. We will follow up as appropriate to the request.

Calculators, estimates and informational content

Calculators, travel times, neighborhood information and other automated or AI-assisted informational content may use assumptions or incomplete data. They are provided to help you explore options and should be independently checked before you rely on them.

Mortgage, affordability and net-proceeds calculations are estimates, not appraisals, offers, loan approvals or commitments to lend. A home-valuation request asks our team for a review and does not itself produce an instant appraisal. We are not a lender and do not originate loans. Obtain advice from a qualified lender, appraiser, attorney, tax adviser or other professional when appropriate.

Fair housing

We support and comply with the Fair Housing Act and applicable state and local fair housing laws. We do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, national origin or another legally protected characteristic.

Independent services and links

The website may link to or integrate with mapping, scheduling, lending, social-media or other services operated by independent organizations. Their applicable terms and privacy notices govern information and services they provide directly. We do not control independent services, and a link does not guarantee their availability, accuracy or suitability for you.

Website content and copyright concerns

Our original website content is owned by us or used with permission. MLS information, listing photographs and third-party material retain their respective ownership and use restrictions. These terms do not transfer ownership of that material to you.

If you believe material on the website infringes your copyright, contact us using the details below. Identify the work, the specific material and its location on the website, and how we can reach you. We will review the notice and respond as required by applicable law.

Availability, warranties and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided as available and without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free content or fitness for a particular purpose. We may maintain, modify or discontinue features. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty, duty or right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the website. This provision does not limit liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited and does not change duties established by a separate brokerage agreement.

Governing law and updates

These terms are governed by Kentucky law, subject to applicable mandatory consumer protections. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes concerning these website terms will be brought in the state or federal courts in Fayette County, Kentucky. A separate signed agreement may contain different provisions governing the services covered by that agreement.

We will publish updates with an effective date. Changes apply prospectively, and we will provide additional notice or seek agreement when required. The rules for updating registered property-access terms are described above.
