142 Broadway, Irvine, KY 40336

Listing Description

At one time the location of Big Bill Overalls Manufacturing, it's most recent use was as the City Fire Dept, City Hall and Police Station. The current owner has updated the building with all new street facing windows and exterior paint. The building has been completely gutted out and is ready to be put back to whatever purpose anyone may have. The downstairs area is 6,200' and would be good for retail, warehouse or restaurant use. The upstairs is 3,000' and would be great for residential apartments. Use your imagination. As the tourism industry along the Kentucky River increases a building of this type has unlimited potential. Located directly across the street from a city parking lot so there is ample parking available. Only 200' from the courthouse with restaurants and bank in the immediate walking area. The building is built on a basement. The first floor is in need of some structural repair. Give this one a look. Also includes an 18x24 two story outbuilding. Motivated seller!
