3187 Beech Grove Road, Science Hill, KY 42553

Listing Description

New Construction just finished and move in ready as of 10/01/23. This 4.5 acre property with an Amish-framed new home is in a gorgeous, quiet country setting. Half the acreage is clear and the other half wooded. With the extra acreage you have plenty of room to build that garage/barn you've always wanted, have a mini farm, or just have enough room so you don't have to worry about the neighbors grass clippings hitting the side of the house. Although it's in a tranquil setting the property is still only a short 8 minute drive to the city. If you like a little adventure, one of the the 4 different routes to get to the property from town literally goes through the creek (how awesome is that). Don't worry though: if you like a more refined route the other 3 ways are nice paved roads. The home has a nice open floor plan that is very spacious. With 3 bedrooms there's room for the whole family. The master bedroom, located on one end of the house, features a walk in closet and its own bathroom. On the other end of the home are 2 more bedrooms and a full bath. There is also a nice office with a closet just off the main living area. The home includes a 1 year warranty.
