Listing Description

67 acres. Casey County Kentucky. This is the perfect 67 acres it will hunt like it's 200 acres. Reason being it's surrounded by big wood. Has two flowing creeks. No neighbors on 3 sides of it just more woods. I have leases in this area there are big bucks on all of them this place will produce good deer. I seen a Tom strutting and there is visible turkey scratches. The land has multiple building spots. It also has city water and electric. You get 3-4 bars of cell service with AT&T. Trails going through out the land and hardwoods for plenty of acorns. It's only 1 mile down 243 on the right. Only 10 mins from a gas station and hwy 127. Only 20 mins to downtown Danville. Walmart, Restaurants, etc. This would make for an excellent getaway or a recreation and residential paradise.
