Once upon a time there was a cute quiet 5.74 acre piece of land at the end of a private wooded lane. Hardly anyone knew about it but it was there anticipating the day someone would build their cabin in the woods. They'd spend the days listening to the quiet of the woods and the squirrels running around the cabin and the birds chirping. Maybe the new owners would hike or horse ride down to the lake or go boating. At night around the campfire they'd look at the stars in the pitch black ski. 1500 sq ft is all it takes to build, so cottage size, but no mobile homes or campers or junk cars Horses are allowed on this tract. Maintenance fee is $200/year to keep up the place. So the land and the new owners lived happily ever after.
